Give Me 90 Days Nutrition, Fitness & Wellness Educational Program

Give Me 90 Days is a nutrition, fitness and wellness educational program that operates under the Southeast Artist Collaboration, a 501 (c) 3 Non-Profit Organization. Give Me 90 Days was created out of necessity because so many people were tired of scouring the internet for guidance on natural and holistic remedies to address their concerns; however, even after hours of searching they felt they were back at square one.

Due to the vast amount of conflicting information out here in the world concerning natural health remedies and products there is no wonder why so many people just give up and except the unnatural fate of illness and/or early death.

Eating Healthy Is COOL!😎 School Educational Program

EATING HEALTHY IS COOL!cool is a youth focused program sponsored by the Southeast Artist Collaboration which is a 501 (c) 3 Non-Profit Organization. During the workshop, we keep children engaged by combining nutrition related hip-hop music performed by professional young rap artist who enjoy sharing health and wellness information with other young people.

We also, engage students with interactive creative exercises to get them moving and excited as they learn about eating more fruits and vegetables from the "RAINBOW". Because our health workshops are arts integrated, children take immediate ownership of the information they are learning; therefore, allowing them to retain the information longer. Teachers are given short fun written quizzes that the students will answer once they return to their classrooms and those students with a 80% scoring factor will be given a certificate as a Youth Health Ambassador for their school and community.

The schools will also receive literature, in which they give out to their students to take home to their parents explaining the "The Rainbow Meal Plan" to parents to help them integrate more fresh fruits and vegetables into their child's daily lifestyle. Included in the brochure is a list of resources that can help them plan out nutritious cost effective meals and snacks to ensure their child is getting what their body needs nutritionally.

In addition, each school will also receive a EATING HEALTHY IS COOL!cool personalized banner to display inside the entrance of the school signifying they are partners in promoting our children to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables on a daily basis in order to keep their bodies and minds operating at optimal level and help prevent disease as they get older.
